The above are offered over a 6 to 7 week period. These are ideal for women currently residing in the shelter environment as it offers a stepping stone towards independence but are also appropriate in other venues as well.  A follow-up session is scheduled 45-60 days after completion. Additional counseling services are also offered to those requesting it.

Fresh Start for Women’s long-term goal is to offer housing and continued life-skills training for up to 18 months.
